Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board.  The additive changes are for code compliance and adding shunt trip to the 800 amp breakers feeding the boilers.

Approve the change order.

If approved, this Change Order will increase the contract amount by $6,033.03.  The Substantial Completion date is July 20, 2013 and Final Completion August 4, 2013.  Architect fees will increase by $361.98 as a result of this Change Order.
